Rubber

Our soft fall rubber surfaces and flooring have been installed in public parks, schools, childcare and aged care facilities and community centres across New South Wales, Victoria, Sydney, and other parts of the country.

Our rubber flooring is a low-maintenance and heavy-duty surface that can be used in

areas with high traffic. We offer guaranteed quality and long-term durability for your

synthetic floors. The rubber surfaces are available in a very broad spectrum of thicknesses and colours to meet all budget ranges and specifications. No matter what your needs are, we have a product to satisfy any specific requirements you may have. From playground safety surfaces to rubber flooring for schools, hospitals, nursing homes, golf courses and other sporting facilities, we can assist with just about any type of safety flooring.

A certified soft fall system comprises of two layers; the ‘soft fall’ underlay and a ‘wear layer’ also known as the ‘topcoat’. Both layers are hand trowelled while the mixture is still fluid. The thickness of the underlay varies depending on the FHF (Free Height of Fall) of the play equipment in the playground. The thicker the Softfall, the bouncier it is. We have a range of topcoats available including EPDM and Polysoft, although, it’s the underlay that provides the impact attenuation. The advantages of rubber safety surfaces are that they’re bright, colourful, and easy to clean.

Synthetic Grass

Here at Wetpour, we have a great reputation as the supplier, and installer of top-quality synthetic grass in Sydney. We can cater to specific needs for different places, starting from children’s parks, and playgrounds, right up to lawns for hotels and medical centres. Our synthetic grass & lawns are made of high-quality, sturdy materials for areas of high traffic.

The industry standard for many years was 19mm Landscape Grass, which is still a long-wearing budget alternative to a coloured rubber surface. There are many options these days with artificial lawns being virtually impossible to distinguish from the real thing and they are also very comfortable to walk on.

Synthetic grass is a great alternative for high-traffic areas or shaded locations where real turf just won’t grow. With the addition of a soft fall underlay, our synthetic lawn in Sydney is certified for compliance with Australian Standards for playground safety.
